	The little Gang de la Dordogne welcomes you. We hope you enjoy being with us: Genie and the beginning of breeding When I decided for a dog and when I got Genie I never thought of having my own kennel. I wanted Genie just as my dog friend, my companion. But very often things come about one never thought of. I went to shows where she ended with excellent results so I was asked why I do not breed with her, and in 1999 this stimulus was the start for the kennel. The name "from Crossing Borders" was registered at the FCI.
	Genie is born at the beginning of spring, 21 March 1996. She really is like spring, curious and full of energy. She is pretty, intelligent and of a very good temper. In shows she was excellent, and so in 1999 I decided to start breeding with her. The kennel name was registered at the FCI in 1999, and on 18 May 1999 she gave birth to her first litter. It was a boy, Andy, and a girl, April. When Andy was 12 weeks he left us, April stayed with us. Three times Genie was a mother, May 1999, October 2003, and in May 20, 04
	April, born 18 May 1999. April really is an "April fool". She is a little devil and is a real pig-head. On our walks when she does not want to go further, she turns a somersault, lands on her back and turns from one side to the other. Luckily she does not do it in mud. Nothing can make her move, not even a big lorry. To lay on her back is April's prefered position. April had babies twice, May 2003 and February 2004. Because April and Sweety started severe quarrels I had to find a new home for her. Now she has found a wonderful family who loves her dearly. She left us in April 2006
	At the age of 8 Genie should become mother the last time. And on 7 May 2004 she gave birth to triplets. Two girls, Evita and Even Sweeter, and a boy, Eye Catcher. Because these were Genie's last babies I wanted to keep one of the girls, but it was very difficult to tell which. Both girls developped magnificently, and as it is with one-egg twins, you cannot tell which will be the best, the most pretty, and fulfills all standard requirements. But I decided for Even Sweeter - Sweety -, and here she is. Also Sweety is as her name indicates, a very sweet little lady. She is lovable, vif, and has an amiable character. We have attended some expositions where she did very well and and thus attained the titles: Swiss Junior Champion, Spanish Champion, International Champion 26.12.2006 Sweety gave birth to her first little bitch, Bella Unica Lady from Crossing Borders. Besides her Swiss Junior Champion Sweety also is Spanish Champion now, and since she has achieved her excellent in three diffirent countries we applied for the International Champion

	... and here is Bella Unica Lady from Crossing Borders, born 26.12.2006. She comes after her mother, although only some weeks old, she already is a big jumper. She has a lovely temperament. Lady left us on 10 April 2007. We wish her all the best with her new friends.
